First Lady Radio (FLR) is a multi-media, faith-based entertainment platform that ministers to the River Region’s spiritual needs through the medium of the internet.  Whether through words of inspiration or music that lightens the load, FLR serves to stimulate the community’s heartbeat. FLR provides the best in gospel music, from the top-ten hits by artists like Tamela Mann and Jonathan McReynolds to the gospel gold by artists like Lee Williams & the Spiritual QC’S and The Canton Spirituals.  FLR’s mission is to entertain, educate and serve the citizens of Montgomery and beyond through inspirational messages and music.

At the helm of FLR is Yvette Bullard Dillard, known as Montgomery’s “First Lady of Gospel.”  Yvette’s experience working behind the microphone and in the community spans more than 30 years.  When she is not uplifting spirits through encouraging music and positive messages, she selflessly uses her platform to fundraise for organizations like St. Jude Research Children’s Hospital and the Annual Sickle Cell Radio-thon.  In addition to working as an event promoter and motivational speaker, Yvette is also a long-time educator with 22 years of service to the local school system.
